Reservations are completed upon payment confirmation. A reservation is not guaranteed without payment. Prices may change instantly based on market conditions; the valid price is the one displayed on screen at the time of payment.

3. Cancellation and Changes

4. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of reservation information (full name, passport, etc.).
• Pre-flight check-in, travel documents, and visa responsibility belong to the passenger.
• Do not share your account information with third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our platform acts as an intermediary. Direct responsibility for delays, cancellations, or service defects originating from the supplier belongs to the supplier; however, our support channels follow up on the process.

6. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply in disputes.
